If it doesn’t already, your checklist now needs to include content marketing. The focus and delivery of value-added content helps define your leadership role.

The value of content marketing is measured not by how much it promotes, but by how well it educates. Test your content by asking yourself this question: "Is this more helpful to my visitor than it is to my company?" Too much self-serving content will lead you to talking only to yourself.
