THIS ISSUE:
New business

It's there for the asking.

Too often new business activities are defined as actions relating to introducing your brand to new targets. Though a necessary component for many to grow market share, don't overlook the three "there for the asking" activities:
  1. Ask your current client for a referral. Nothing drives new business better than the word-of-mouth referral.
  2. Ask a satisfied customer/client for a testimonial. Its works even better when mentioning your request before providing the service. Post it on your website, include it in an email or use it in conversation.
  3. Ask your current clients to consider new products or services your company offers. You already have their trust—utilize it for the benefit of all.
